Catering is one of the key factors that distinguishes us from many of our competitors. Unlike the vast majority of London’s Conference Centres’ and Hotels, all our food is prepared on-site by a small team of dedicated Chef’s with over 40 years experience. We know that this area of your conference day can be vital to its success so we have taken on the resources to cater with class, style, taste, excellent service and above all, superb food.
Our menus have been designed with simplicity yet succulence in mind and we have made sure that we can look after all special needs, given that you may only have a short time for your break.
The conference industry has not led the world when it comes to a respect for the environment. We are different, we offer a range of 100% organic menus, menus with full calorie counts, menus showing detailed sourcing data. We have a defined purchasing policy (available on request). No significant purchasing decision can be signed off without a demonstrable adherence to the policy. This policy places the locality of the supplier and the traceability of the product above cost considerations. We are constantly trying to improve ourselves and as such we have introduced a system whereby we compost all food waste. This is over and above our long standing commitment to the absolute outlawing of disposable items across our Centres, be it mineral water bottle or individually wrapped butter portions.
