Crank Spencer (Oooh Betty's……..Hotpot)

I dread bringing the function sheets down to Spencer our chef at America Square every week. Why I hear you ask? Well, because he’s bored and some of you are GUILTY! Even our suppliers are saying that they can provide something apart from Lamb. It seems you’re all going Northern as our most popular dish is Hotpot.
Now don’t get him wrong, our Spencer wants you to enjoy his food. You tell us that you do. Indeed a chairman of an event last week proclaimed that the food at America Square was the best he had had in twenty years of being at hotels and conference centres. To which the delegates agreed – much to our and Spencer’s delight.
But please, for the sake of his sanity please, please, please have a look at our other wonderful menus which you can view on our website and choose one of them for a change. Stay away from the Hotpot for a little while.
Otherwise I fear he’ll go all Stephen King “The Shining” on us.
