At Cavendish Conference Venues, we are always pleased to hear ‘how we did’ from our customers, it’s an important part of what helps us to continuously improve our service. We can only ‘better’ ourselves through the Positive and Negative comments from our clients and we do strive for perfection. From a survey of 500 clients 95% said they would be back and the balance of people said their event was a one off only, so we must be doing something well.

I am sorry about the last minute request on the last day, that was not planned and a surprise for me too, thank you for responding so quickly.
We’d like to thank you and the staff at Hallam for a stress-free environment provided to us yesterday for our Forum. The catering manager and staff, the AV manager and your good self were very welcoming and helpful. The food was wonderful. We would certainly hold our conference at Hallam again.
