At Cavendish Conference Venues, we are always pleased to hear ‘how we did’ from our customers, it’s an important part of what helps us to continuously improve our service. We can only ‘better’ ourselves through the Positive and Negative comments from our clients and we do strive for perfection. From a survey of 500 clients 95% said they would be back and the balance of people said their event was a one off only, so we must be doing something well.

I’ve completed the survey and overall, it was excellent, so please pass on our thanks to the team. We hold this event every year but have previously used hotel conference venues, and I have to say the standard at America Sq was so much higher. At the end of our conference we ask delegates to complete feedback to us – on the event, content, and venue – the response was overwhelmingly positive. In particular, delegates complemented the facilities and the professionalism and efficiency of the staff.
From my point of view, it was also a very easy process to organise and arrange everything.

We wanted to extend our thanks to you and the team at America Square for hosting the conference last week. The attention to detail was excellent, the food was great and generally the day flowed in a very professional manner – all very appreciated.
