At Cavendish Conference Venues, we are always pleased to hear ‘how we did’ from our customers, it’s an important part of what helps us to continuously improve our service. We can only ‘better’ ourselves through the Positive and Negative comments from our clients and we do strive for perfection. From a survey of 500 clients 95% said they would be back and the balance of people said their event was a one off only, so we must be doing something well.

In brief though I can say that all the feedback that I have received from both delegates and our Speakers has been tremendously popular – along the lines of ‘what an excellent venue, great facilities, ‘ and from our on the day organiser, he could not stress enough how excellent the Cavendish team were with their support. From my point of view with the need to switch from Hallam to Duchess Mews at the last minute (purely down to the last minute influx of bookings from our point of view), this was all guided and handled superbly by Denis, can’t thank him enough for his support here. Our ‘Partners’ in this conference event and their conference organiser was at the venue for the morning and has been in touch since to ‘rave’ about the venue/support/facilities – although she has used a number of venues in London in the past this was the first time she had been at this venue, and she has requested I pass on contact details as she definitely has one conference that she will be wanting to arrange with yourselves.
So absolutely no negatives Tom I am pleased to report, and if you can keep the DDR rate and other extra costs at such a competitive rate we will certainly be back.

I’ve completed the survey and overall, it was excellent, so please pass on our thanks to the team. We hold this event every year but have previously used hotel conference venues, and I have to say the standard at America Sq was so much higher. At the end of our conference we ask delegates to complete feedback to us – on the event, content, and venue – the response was overwhelmingly positive. In particular, delegates complemented the facilities and the professionalism and efficiency of the staff.
From my point of view, it was also a very easy process to organise and arrange everything.
